Minor batch-to-batch variation in minor alkaloid constituents is inherent to natural botanical materials.

All orders placed via our website constitute a contractual offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation emails confirm receipt of your order, not acceptance — full acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers; we do not store card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds where:

• Products are out of stock following order placement
• We are unable to verify professional credentials where requested

• Export restrictions apply to the destination country

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to EU member states and select countries in compliance with applicable export regulations. All shipments are accompanied by CITES Appendix II documentation. Shipping is discreet — parcels carry no exterior indication of product contents.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Iboga Culture is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier disruption or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for distance sales. This right does not apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened.

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receipt via our contact form. Products must be returned in original, sealed condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property
